No Show/Cancellation Policy
Family Medicine at Lowry prides itself on providing you and your family excellent medical care. Part of this care includes making appointments easily available to all patients. When an appointment is scheduled, but a patient does not come or call to cancel, that slot goes to waste. This costs the practice time and money, and takes away that open slot from another patient who might need it.
For this reason, we have a "no-show" policy. Any appointment that is not cancelled in 24 hours is assessed a charge of $30. While we do understand that emergencies and circumstances sometimes make it difficult to call in advance and cancel appointments, we want to stress the importance of notifying the office prior to missing your appointment in the future.
