Medical Questions?

Q: Where are my forms sent?
A: Your forms will ONLY be sent to the address specified on the letter/email from the countries embassy.

Q: How long does the exam take?
A: The exam could take as little as 30 minutes, and as long as 1 ½ hours depending on the day, and your specific situation.

Q: When can I contact you for my FedEX tracking number?
A: The physician has 7-10 days to ship your packet to your designated country. Please call our office NO EARLIER than one week after your exam to get your tracking number.

Q: Once I have my tracking number, how do I track my package?
A: You can call 1-800-GO-FEDEX or log onto www.fedex.com to track your shipment.

Q: Can I submit my immigration payment to my insurance?
A: Due to our contracts with Canada and Australia, we DO NOT submit to ANY insurance. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD or CASH for payment. Should YOU choose to submit your payment to your insurance, we CANNOT provide you with a detailed receipt. All we can provide is the amount you paid, and the date you were seen. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Australian Immigration Physicals

Due to our contracts with Australia and Canada, all fees for immigration physicals CANNOT be billed through medical insurance. We cannot provide any type of medical coding for insurance companies or for any other purposes. Fees are due at the time of service. We accept cash, MasterCard or Visa.

X-rays:

X-rays that may be required are performed at a separate facility with which the governments have contracted. We are not allowed to use any other facility.
