Fees:
Due to our contracts with Australia and Canada, all fees for immigration physicals CANNOT be billed through medical insurance. We cannot provide any type of medical coding for insurance companies or for any other purposes. Fees are due at the time of service. We accept cash, MasterCard or Visa.

Australian Physical Fees:
(Fees include your physical exam, xray, lab work, and federal express charges.)

• Adults(>16years old) - $550.00
• Children (<15 years old) - $400.00
• Xray only - $225.00
• HS or College Students (with valid school ID and entry information) - $400.00

* Additional labs may need to be ordered based on your exam and or history as required by Australia. Additional fees will apply.

Canadian Physical Fees:

• >15 years old - $400.00
• 11-14 years old - $ 252.00
• 5-10 years old - $152.00
• <5 years old - $130.00

X-rays:
X-rays that may be required are performed at a separate facility with which the governments have contracted. We are not allowed to use any other facility.
